How do I book a tour?
You can book online through our booking page, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you find the right tour and date.
Can you arrange pickup from my hotel?
Yes, for tours that depart from Cancun or the Riviera Maya we can arrange ground transportation for an additional fee. Tell us your hotel when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, cash in USD or MXN, and bank transfer for private tours on request.
What if the weather is bad?
If the port authority does not allow tours because of weather, you can change your date or receive a full refund.
