1. How many guests can join the private boat? The base price for our private snorkeling tour isla mujeres is $449 USD and comfortably includes up to 6 guests. You can add more people for extra fee per person.

2. Is this tour suitable for beginners or non-swimmers? Yes. Our private guide stays in the water with you at all times. Life jackets are mandatory and provided, and the reefs we visit are shallow with mild currents. If someone prefers not to snorkel, they can relax under the boat’s shade or lounge on the Lily Pad.

3. Can we customize the stops? Yes! Unlike shared tours with fixed schedules, you decide how long to spend on the reefs and how much time to unwind on the floating mat at the sandbar.

4. What happens in case of bad weather? If the local Port Captaincy closes the harbor due to high winds or rough seas, you can reschedule for free or receive an immediate 100% full refund.

5. What is the cancellation policy? Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
