2. How long is the Contoy Tour?
The tour lasts approximately 6 hours, usually from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
3. What is Isla Contoy?
Isla Contoy is a protected national park, known for:
Crystal-clear Caribbean waters
Hundreds of bird species
Virgin beaches
A shallow, calm bay perfect for swimming
Only 200 visitors per day are allowed.
4. Is snorkeling included?
Yes. A guided snorkeling stop at Ixlaché Reef is included when sea conditions allow.
5. What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
Biodegradable sunscreen
Swimsuit & towel
Hat & sunglasses
Comfortable sandals
Camera or waterproof phone case
6. Are children allowed?
Yes! The Contoy tour is family-friendly. Children 4+ years may join with an adult.
7. Can I bring alcohol or speakers?
Because it is a protected reserve, no loud music or personal alcohol is allowed on Isla Contoy.
8. Are drones allowed?
No. Drones are not permitted in the national park.
9. Is the tour safe?
Yes. Our captains are certified and we follow all national park regulations for safety and environmental protection.
10. What happens if the weather is bad?
If the port is closed or conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or fully refund your tour.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Weather cancellations = full refund or reschedule.
