Safety is our priority. If port authorities close the area due to weather, we will reschedule or refund your tour—your choice.

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If the tour is canceled due to weather or port closure, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
