What does the sunset tour include?
A comfortable boat with shade, a certified bilingual captain and guide, soft drinks, water and ice, fish ceviche, guacamole and chips, music on board, life jackets and safety equipment, and snorkeling gear.
How long is the sunset tour?
The private sunset cruise lasts 4 hours. The departure time adjusts with the season and the sunset time, and flexible times are available.
What will we see during the tour?
A panoramic cruise along Isla Mujeres, the colors of the Caribbean sunset, views of the Cancun skyline and calm, relaxing waters ideal for photos and videos.
Is the tour private or shared?
It is 100% private, perfect for couples, friends, families and celebrations.
How many people can join?
Up to 6 guests comfortably. If your group is larger, ask us about adding more people.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Yes. You may bring your own snacks, alcoholic beverages or decorations for birthdays, anniversaries and proposals.
Do you offer special setups for proposals or celebrations?
Absolutely. We can help arrange romantic decorations, champagne on request and a custom music playlist. Just let us know in advance.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a light sweater (the wind can be cool), sunglasses, a camera or phone, and optionally a small towel.
Is the tour safe?
Yes. We operate in shallow, calm areas and always prioritize safety. Life jackets and safety instructions are provided.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the port authority does not allow tours because of weather or conditions are unsafe, you can change your date or receive a full refund.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or change the date of your tour up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund or a date change. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Weather cancellations by the port authority get a full refund or a date change.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, cash in USD or MXN, and bank transfer for private tours.
Can I plan a proposal, anniversary or other romantic celebration?
Yes. Our private sunset cruise is ideal for couples, anniversaries and marriage proposals. You can add sparkling wine or Prosecco, red or white wine, a charcuterie board with cold cuts and select cheeses, and a photo session during the cruise.
