Wow what a great experience this was for me and my partner one of the best things we have done in our life’s would highly recommend anyone to do this. the captain (juan) and Marinero Berny were the best they made us feel safe and sound at all times any questions or concerns they did there absolutely best in helping us! A dream come true! Our guides Nano & Aurturo were fantastic. We were able to swim with the whale sharks, had a separate snorkeling spot that was full of fish, and a stop at Playa Norte with delicious fresh ceviche, guacamole, and Cerveza. My boyfriend and I did our tour with Bernie and Captain Juan this past week and had an incredible experience. The weather was great and we got two encounters with the whale sharks. They brought great energy to the tour and fully explained the experience and expectations beforehand. I appreciated the video footage of our encounter! Bernie and Capt Juan on Nano Shark were amazing! I did the same tour last year with Isla Sea Tours and booked again because of the great experience last year. LoLo and Felipe were amazing. Got us all situated, explained how everything would work and got us to a prime spot to go swimming with Whale Sharks all within a couple hours. They took us to Isla Mujeres to go snorkeling around the reef, then to Playa Norte to go hangout in the beautiful turquoise waters and sandbars/ beach. The day wouldn’t have been complete without a little freshly prepared ceviche and guacamole. These guys were great 10/10.
